The Estate Of Albert Roux has been announced as group chef ambassador of The Click Charity, which aims to reduce re-offending rates of ex offenders by training inmates and then placing graduates into the hospitality industry upon their release from prison.

Roux, who'll dedicate his time and expertise to the trainees and act as a representative of the charity, said 'I hold education and mentoring close to my heart and have had the opportunity to train and work with many well known chefs. Perhaps the next big talent to break into the culinary world will be one of the trainees on The Clink's dedicated training scheme'.
